We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Community Development Coordinator.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
 * To develop and deliver person-centered programs that meet the needs of service users.
 * To work closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to identify goals and supports required.
 * To facilitate activities and programs that promote independence, confidence, and self-belief.
Requirements:
 * Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
 * Good knowledge of New Directions and community-based programs.
 * Experience of working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health issues.
