About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate with extensive corporate law knowledge to join our team. As a key member of our growing corporate group, you will be responsible for managing complex transactions, drafting and reviewing various corporate documents, including share purchase agreements and commercial contracts.
* Managing mergers & acquisitions and advising clients on legal issues;
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documents;
* Mentoring junior associates and trainee solicitors;
