At Excel Recruitment we are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join a busy and company in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers variety and the opportunity to support multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule engineer call-outs and manage service team diaries
2. Manage the boardroom calendar and coordinate meeting room bookings
3. Answer general customer queries via phone and email
4. Raise purchase orders (POs) and maintain internal records
5. Order office supplies and stationery
6. Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
7. Maintain organised filing systems and support document management
8. Assist with any other day-to-day office duties as required
Requirements:
9. 2 years administrative experience
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Good communication skills and a professional manner
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
13. A flexible and proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
This is a full-time permanent position, fully office-based Monday -Friday 8am-4pm, €30k-€35k DOE.
