Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
* Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
* Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
* Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, establishment
* Culinary degree or equivalent experience
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Good knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
