Job Summary
Medpace is a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) for Biotech companies, seeking PhDs and/or Post-Doctoral Research experience candidates for a full-time Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) in our Melbourne, Australia office. The aCTM will support Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers in project management activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent PhD graduates to enter the industry, receive solid foundational training, work in an international environment, and develop their career in clinical trial administration and management.
Responsibilities
* Communicate and collaborate on global study activities;
* Ensure timely delivery of tasks with high accuracy;
* Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system;
* Interact with internal teams, Sponsors, study sites, and vendors;
* Provide oversight and quality control of regulatory filings;
* Create and maintain project timelines;
* Coordinate project meetings and produce minutes.
Qualifications
* PhD in Life Sciences or related field;
* Experience in Oncology;
* Fluency in English with strong presentation skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team;
* Excellent computer, organisational, and communication skills.
