My client is looking for a
hands‑on, data‑driven International Growth Marketing Manager
to drive acquisition across core markets:
France, Germany, UK, Ireland, and India
. This is a high‑impact role for a marketer who loves building, launching, and optimising multi‑channel campaigns — and who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The role:
You will be responsible for
end‑to‑end campaign execution
, including:
* Plan, launch, and optimise acquisition campaigns
across: Email, Website, LinkedIn Ads and Paid media
* Build full‑funnel strategies that drive measurable growth
* Adapt
global campaigns for France
and other core markets.
* Work with translation workflows and ensure cultural relevance.
* Partner with internal teams
to deliver high‑quality, localised content.
* Track KPIs, analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights.
* Run A/B tests and support web optimisation initiatives.
* Present findings to cross‑functional partners and influence decisions.
* Work closely with Growth, Web, Product, Sales, and Creative teams.
* Manage agency relationships and ensure flawless execution.
The profile:
* 3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience
* Proven ability to
launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns - is a must
* Experience with
localisation
and adapting content for different markets -
is a must
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
* Experience with tools such as GA, LinkedIn Ads, email/CRM platforms, or similar
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* French fluency (not a must)
* Based in
Dublin
