We wish to hire a Retail Merchandiser to work 12 hours per week (2-3 hours on 4-5 days, including weekends) in our Curraheen Road location.

JOB TITLE: Retail Merchandiser, Sheridans Cheesemongers
DEPARTMENT: Retail
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Sheridans retail outlet is merchandised and presented in a visually attractive way with a focus on customer needs.
Carry out tastings, engaging with customers in a positive and friendly way in accordance with Sheridans' customer service policies.
Communicate regular updates to their line manager.
Monitor stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness of locations as per HACCP plan.
Conduct daily spot-cleaning as required.
Maintain an attractive visual display of stock through regular merchandising.
Carry out stock rotation: rotate existing product by date.
Restock, ensuring that the site wall is always adequately stocked with appropriate products.

Reporting to: Team Leader and Retail Manager
Working with: Cheesemongers and Team Leader(s)
Qualifications / Experience
At least 1 year working in a similar retail setting or company to Sheridans (preference but not essential).
Awareness of HACCP/Food Safety in retail.
Organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
Available for 4 to 5 short shifts per week including weekends as required to support business needs.
