Role – FP&A Manager
* Lead group budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
* Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPIs.
* Partner with business units to drive performance and support decision‑making.
* Build and maintain financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Improve FP&A processes, systems and reporting efficiency.
The Person
* 3–5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
* Experience in audit, transaction services or corporate finance / FP&A.
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability.
* Strong commercial understanding and analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Highly organised, accurate and collaborative.
