Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our customer service team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through various communication channels.
Liaising with customers, you will handle product enquiries in a timely manner, generate, update and administer orders, communicate with the warehouse to ensure seamless order flow, and keep customers updated on any delays or issues.
You will work closely with all departments to effectively communicate customer feedback throughout the business and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in customer care administration
* Excellent computer skills, especially using MS Office applications

* Collaborative team player with a polite and professional phone manner
