**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Chairperson for our Human Resources and Renumeration Committee.
The primary responsibilities will include implementing good employment practices, regularly reviewing structures, procedures and practice with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), assisting the CEO with decision-making in relation to personnel issues as they arise, and making recommendations to the Board.
