We are seeking an experienced Injury Claims Handler to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative claims handling environment, handling a portfolio of Motor, Employer, and Public Liability injury and damage claims.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of injury and damage claims through direct settlement, PIAB, pre-litigation, and litigation stages.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring empathy, clarity, and efficiency in every interaction.
* Make early and accurate decisions on liability, indemnity, quantum, and settlement strategy.
* Collaborate with solicitors, legal teams, and external service providers when needed.
* Identify and follow up on fraud and recovery opportunities.
Requirements:
* AAPA qualification in both Personal and Commercial Insurance is essential.
* Experience in handling injury or liability claims.
* Strong technical understanding of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board and litigation processes.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.
