Overview:
The Business Systems Integration Specialist will provide support for the Core HR domain while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Time and Absence modules with existing HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support testing and deployment activities under the guidance of a subject matter expert
* Administer day-to-day operations and support for Core HR processes within Workday
* Handle case management and resolve HR-related queries and issues
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Experience as an HR Business Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR modules is essential.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or Core HR is highly desirable. Data analysis and reporting skills are also beneficial.
