Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading manufacturing business in County Monaghan to appoint a key financial professional.
Job Responsibilities:
* Compile and present timely management accounts, including detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary.
* Oversee daily accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
* Manage payroll processes in collaboration with external service providers.
* Process VAT returns.
* Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
* Assist with statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors at year-end.
* Pursue process improvements, system enhancements and strengthening internal controls to drive operational excellence.
* Provide actionable financial insights to inform strategic decision-making.
* Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects aligned with ongoing business growth objectives.
Requirements:
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA) or equivalent.
* Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and best practices.
* A minimum of three years' experience in an accounting or finance role.
