Drive Revenue Growth as a Strategic Leader
We are seeking an experienced and commercially savvy revenue growth leader to drive room revenue performance, shape pricing strategies, and lead yield-based decisions to maximise occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and overall profitability.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement dynamic pricing, yield, and inventory strategies for all room types, ensuring optimal revenue capture and market competitiveness.
* Analyse market demand, seasonality, and competitive set data to inform room rate decisions and distribution mix, driving revenue growth and profitability.
* Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings, presenting forecasts, key performance indicators (KPIs), and actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Oversee distribution across all channels (direct, online travel agencies (OTAs), third-party), ensuring optimal rate parity and profitability.
* Produce regular management reporting: forecast vs. actual, pick-ups, budget performance, and room revenue.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotions, group business, and special packages with revenue goals.
* Train and guide the reservations team on revenue management best practices and upsell opportunities.
* Participate in annual budget planning, providing long-term revenue and business plan input.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a revenue management role, preferably in a hotel/resort environment, with a strong track record of revenue growth and profit improvement.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and data-driven decision-making, supported by industry-standard software and tools.
* Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems, with ability to navigate complex IT landscapes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence business outcomes.
* Commercial mindset and ability to balance revenue goals with guest satisfaction, ensuring optimal business performance.
* Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple projects and revenue streams, prioritising tasks and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
