About Planr
Planr is an AI-native portfolio intelligence platform for private equity and venture capital firms. We solve a critical problem: Planr provides real-time visibility through automated data integration and AI-powered insights — turning portfolio data into stronger exits.
The Role
You'll be a key lead for the customer relationship from onboarding through ongoing success. Your job is to make our customers genuinely happy — which means understanding their business needs, ensuring our platform and services deliver real value, and expanding those relationships over time.
Day to day, you'll be scoping implementation work, coordinating delivery, running QBRs and spotting opportunities to deepen our impact within each account. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders at PE and VC firms who are sharp, demanding, and short on time.
What you'll do
* Own a portfolio of customer accounts and be their primary point of contact
* Work closely with our product, delivery and engineering teams
* Translate customer business needs into well-scoped work packages
* Ensure delivery is on time, on spec, and genuinely useful
* Run regular check-ins and quarterly reviews to track outcomes and surface new opportunities
* Identify and close expansion opportunities (additional users, modules, services)
* Feed customer insights back into the product roadmap
* Build the playbooks and processes for a scaling customer success function
What we're looking for
* 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing delivery roles — ideally in B2B SaaS or professional services
* Experience working with sophisticated buyers (financial services, private equity, or similar a plus)
* Strong commercial instincts — you spot expansion opportunities and close them
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal — you can hold your own with a PE partner
* Organised and reliable — you don't let things slip through the cracks
* Comfortable in ambiguity — we're early stage and building as we go
* Based in Ireland with flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings
What we offer
* Significant earning potential with uncapped commission
* Early-stage equity opportunity
* Remote-first with flexibility to work from Cork or Kilkenny if you prefer hybrid
* Direct impact on company trajectory — this isn't a cog-in-machine role
* Work with a product that customers genuinely need
