As the Sales Operations Administrator at Enet you will be a critical part of the Sales team, responsible for managing incoming quotes, orders and customer queries, ensuring they are processed accurately and maximising sales opportunities. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in sales or coordination to gain valuable telecoms industry experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding and issuing of pricing for customer required solutions.
* Order Processing of all new orders, upgrades and cancellations.
* Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Enet's products and services; identify potential issues in incoming requests or inconsistencies between quotes and orders etc.
* Timely and Effective communication with external customers and internal departments, including Finance, Planning and Operations Teams.
* Ongoing review and continuous improvement of current processes.
* Monitor & update Salesforce to ensure data reflects most up to date position.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience providing customer support in a busy administration / customer service environment.
* Competency with Excel and working with various types of data.
* Strong communication skills required for building internal and external relationships.
* Highly motivated and efficient, able to grasp issues quickly.
* Strong prioritisation ability and experience working to deadlines.
* Work on own initiative and bring new suggestions/process ideas to the team.
* Working use of Salesforce is an advantage.
* Full fluency in English, both verbal and written.
