The role
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead the Caress Flow launch across pelvic health physiotherapists and uro‑gynaecology consultants
Develop and execute a territory plan to hit revenue and growth targets
Build lasting relationships with physiotherapy clinics, hospital departments, and procurement stakeholders
Deliver product demonstrations, in‑service training, and clinical education
Identify new business opportunities across pelvic health, rehabilitation, and vascular/compression therapy
Support product launches, trade shows, and professional events nationwide
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and territory reports
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Clinical background (physiotherapy, nursing, or similar) — or strong clinical understanding of pelvic floor and compression therapies
Genuine interest in pelvic health, continence care, and oncology rehabilitation
2+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
Consultative selling style with excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience selling into the HSE, hospital systems, or private healthcare providers
Familiarity with tendering and procurement processes is an advantage
Self‑motivated and able to manage a large territory independently
Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region
