About the Role:
* Lead On Trade & Independent Off Trade channels in Ireland.
* Work alongside key stakeholders to maintain and grow AB In Bev's premium and super-premium brand footprint in Ireland.
• Set short- and long-term strategy for On Trade Channel, driving performance through activation of brands, data analysis, category insights, problem-solving, and commercial proposals.
• Own relationship with distribution partner across entire On Trade & smaller portion of Off Trade. Continuously challenge status quo to propose solutions unlocking growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Management:
h5Manage Internal Stakeholders (Category), collaborating on routines & regular performance reviews for delivery of exceptional account execution.
