An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trust & Safety Analyst to join a global technology organisation, supporting initiatives focused on platform integrity, abuse prevention, advertiser experience and operational excellence. You will partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to investigate abuse trends, improve operational processes and support projects that protect users, customers and platforms from harmful activity.
Responsibilities
Analyse large datasets to identify abuse patterns, emerging risks and operational trends
Investigate escalations and provide recommendations to support effective policy and enforcement decisions
Drive projects from planning through to delivery, including stakeholder management, status reporting and risk mitigation
Develop metrics, reporting frameworks and actionable insights to support business decision-making
Work cross-functionally with operations, policy, product and technical teams to improve processes and drive operational excellence
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives focused on trust, safety, risk mitigation and platform integrity
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
4+ years' experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, Fraud, Integrity Operations, Compliance, Policy Operations or a related analytical environment
Strong SQL skills with experience extracting and analysing data from multiple sources
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets capabilities
Experience delivering analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management experience
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience investigating complex issues and making evidence-based decisions
Trust & Safety or platform integrity operations
Advertiser, marketplace or digital platform environments
Fraud prevention, financial crime or risk operations
Machine learning, statistical analysis or advanced analytics exposure
