About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Cooking Italian and Western Mediterranean style food, including pizza menus, to order.
* Assisting the Head Chef during kitchen service.
* Maintaining high standards of kitchen health and hygiene.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years chef de partie experience in a full restaurant/kitchen environment.
* Possess professional cookery training/qualifications.
* Be passionate about food and have strong communication skills.
