What you'll do
* Take the lead on managing and planning projects
* Work on system design and review the work of your colleagues
* Prepare design documents, contracts, and specifications
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members
* Ensure every design meets top-quality standards
* Handle cost control and estimating
* Produce reports and conceptual design studies
* Support and mentor junior engineers as they grow
What you'll bring
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering
* 10 years+ of solid project experience across different sectors
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry standards
* Confidence in leading design teams
* Great communication and report-writing skills
* A team-focused approach and a can-do attitude
* Organisational skills to keep projects on track and within budget
* Comfort using design software
* Motivation to keep learning and progressing
