We are seeking aPMO Analyst to join our financial services client on a6-month daily rate contract. This role is ideal for amotivated individual looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced project environment. The successful candidate will provide essential support to theProject Management Office (PMO), assisting with governance, reporting, and coordination to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Supportproject governance by maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with PMO standards. Assist intracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies, updating reports as required. Work closely withproject managers to provide administrative support and maintain project records. Preparestatus reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders. Coordinatemeetings, agendas, and follow-ups to support project execution. Assist withresource tracking and financial reporting within the project portfolio. Maintain and updateproject management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence). Support thecontinuous improvement of PMO processes and documentation. Required Skills & Experience experience in a PMO or project support role. Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and best practices. Proficiency inMS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience withSharePoint. Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work withcross-functional teams. Experience usingproject management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence) is desirable. Ability to managemultiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
