Staffline Recruitment Ireland is hiring on behalf of our client for a Commercial Project Manager to support a major global Transformation Towards Operational Excellence (TTOE) programme. This initiative focuses on implementing a unified ERP platform (IFS Cloud) and harmonising global business processes across all Data Centres Technology regions.
As a key member of the transformation team, the Commercial Project Manager will lead and coordinate commercial workstreams across Sales and Service, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes. The role involves working closely with process owners, application specialists, and global stakeholders to embed sustainable transformation throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with programme timelines
* Coordinate and oversee workstream activities, managing dependencies and priorities
* Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders within the workstream
* Support the documentation of business requirements and control project scope
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, escalating issues where necessary
* Oversee resource allocation, onboarding, and utilisation across teams
* Support testing, quality assurance, and defect management
* Drive change management and adoption of new systems and processes
Requirements
* Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years’ project management experience in complex, global environments
* Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP or transformation initiatives (IFS Cloud preferred)
* Strong understanding of commercial business processes including sales, service, and project management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Advanced certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
