Role Summary:

We are looking for a well-rounded and experienced Brand Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will be part of a wider Go to Market Team that collaborates internally across the Brand to create an Epic customer journey and maximise on all Business Development opportunities.

You will get stuck into the design, delivery, and achievement of KPI`s, in order to forecast & achieve ambitious growth and sales targets.

You will plan, develop and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to support business objectives. You will coach our Marketing Executive, working closely with them and collaborate with the GTM teams while always acting as a guardian and ambassador for the Brand. You will ensure that all trade marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget and drive commercial results for the Brand.

Role Responsibilities:

Campaign planning & GTM co-ordination

* Planning with the Head of Creative/Marketing and concept teams for GTM yearlong calendar
* Working on and coordinating GTM decks and roll out of internal campaigns and key product launches, alongside the Marketing Executive
* Campaign briefing and management of internal & external teams & agencies/suppliers
* Ensuring all assets are delivered on time to the internal team
* Reporting on hero campaigns to team
* Budget planning, tracking and forecasting

Brand’s day to day point of contact

* Be a GTM contact for our Brand partners, involving the Marketing Executive regularly.
* Tracking of all activity, budgets and launches working with our Brand partners
* Reporting to the concept teams about Brand campaigns & priorities
* Working closely with any activation agency partner
* Brief writing

Sponsorship

* You will be a key Point of Contact for sponsorship activity, with the support of the Marketing Executive.
* Planning seasonal activity
* Jersey & Training launches GTM planning and roll outs
* Delivering sponsorship decks, tracking progress and sales/awareness delivered

Activation Management

* You will be a key Point of Contact for our activation agencies
* Activation planning, delivering strategy, KPIs and results presentation decks for Brand partners and internal audience while demonstrating impact on sales and awareness.
* Some of our activations take place outside of normal working hours. You will be required to attend key activations and support those activities. Some weekend work may be needed, but days in lieu will be provided for weekend work.

General

* You will coach, develop and support your team while working closely with teams across the Brand to understand our Brand Strategy and business goals and objectives.
* You will continually develop knowledge of the Retail Sales landscape by identifying commercial opportunities with both existing & new brand partners.
* Develop high quality proposals to optimise ideal marketing for the Brand partner and our own brand.
* You will achieve monthly and annual KPI’s by forecasting and reporting on sales performance & figures.
* You will work in a positive and collaborative style, supporting fellow colleagues.

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years’ experience, in a similar role
* Experience planning and delivering strong Brand activations
* Experience writing copy for CRM, key campaign launches
* Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience using workflow software.
* Experience managing project budgets
* Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns in an omnichannel retail environment
* Experience managing team members

* Excellent planning & organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to generate strong copy direction for emails and campaigns.
* Ability to communicate results both internally and externally and key insights to different levels of stakeholders across the business
* Strong thinker that delivers focus and clarity on all presentation decks.
