Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Support with pre-contract and post-contract activities
* Collaborate on tendering, cash flow forecasting, and cost plan development
* Manage procurement processes and supply chains effectively
* Lead team mentorship and leadership of junior professionals in quantity surveying and commercial roles
* Process payment applications through to final account settlements
* Negotiate Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field
* Background in civil engineering, preferably within the utilities industry
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with FIDIC Yellow Book Contract Administration is an advantage
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills are essential
