About this role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Professional Services Solutions Advisor to support large enterprise (25k+ employees) and commercial clients (1k+ employees). You will identify, position, and close strategic professional services engagements, including consulting, content curation, skills-gap analysis, tailored workforce training, and implementation services. Success requires navigating complex environments, building executive relationships, and delivering clear value propositions aligned with organizational goals.
What you'll be doing:
* Identify and pursue professional services opportunities within existing and new enterprise accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored proposals.
* Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to understand challenges and position Udemy’s solutions as essential for success.
* Create and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and secure agreements efficiently.
* Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance positioning and value.
What you’ll have:
* Minimum of 9+ years experience in selling complex professional services or similar B2B enterprise solutions.
* Proven track record in managing sophisticated sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
* Success in solution selling, securing 6-figure+ contracts, and managing sustainable client relationships.
