Suitable candidates for this role will have a background in personal injury, medical negligence and/or healthcare litigation. You will be skilled in:
1. Managing AML and client onboarding processes.
2. Providing administrative support to Partners and Senior Associates, keeping files up to date and producing high-level documents (to include pleadings, correspondence and legal agreements).
3. Monthly and quarterly billing, being confident in working with relevant software and liaising with finance/accounts.
4. Organising busy diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, and triaging emails.
5. All MS Office packages and ideally in the use of 3E and legal practice management software.
