Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, review, and implement clinical pharmacy services
* Ensure safe and cost-effective medication management
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve medication management and clinical guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
Essential qualifications include registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland and a minimum of 4 years post-registration hospital pharmacy experience.
* Formal management or leadership training
* Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
* Background in aseptic compounding or cancer specialty pharmacy services
Additional qualifications such as a postgraduate diploma or MSc in Clinical Pharmacy are desirable.
