Job Title: Utilities Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will work within the facility to manage assigned vendor packages, reporting directly to the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* This role encompasses a 'cradle to grave' approach for vendor-supplied packages and ancillary support systems, requiring a deep understanding of Utility Systems (Clean/Grey Utilities) through design, application, and troubleshooting.
* The candidate must possess mechanical utility system knowledge to troubleshoot and identify opportunities for improvement.
* The Package Lead will interact with various stakeholders, including A&E Firm Design Teams, CQV, Automation, Construction, Procurement, etc., to deliver specific packages in line with the overall program.
* This role supports a variety of utility systems, including Process Gases, Air, Water, Steam Distribution, and Process Waste Streams, involving meetings with packaged equipment vendors and design firms to ensure Lilly standards are followed.
* The Package Lead will co-coordinate and manage vendor fabrication, serving as the point of contact upon package arrival at site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
* 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with competency in process design and management
* Experience in Process Plant Technical Standards and design
* Knowledge of CGMP's and other worldwide regulatory requirements
* Developing project strategies and high-level project plans
* Partnering with third-party organisations and stakeholder management
* Utility Systems expertise in Clean/Grey Utilities, Process Gases, Air, Water, Steam Distribution, and Process Waste Streams
