I am recruiting on behalf of a FMCG company in Ireland for a Sales Account Manager/Developer.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Developer to join our Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-loved Irish brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sales and opportunities in the territory (Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, parts of Clare, Laois, Offaly and Cork).
* Follow a three-weekly customer call file and journey plan.
* Use order processing/data capture system to:
* Capture orders.
* Completing store audits on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, stock availability, out of stocks, off sales, planogram compliance.
* Achieve quarterly volume targets
* Secure secondary displays for promotions.
* Merchandise off-sales and low stock on shelves.
* Secure extra space on shelf when the opportunity arises.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Proven Sales Experience:
Experience in Retail, Wholesale and/or Foodservice sectors, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Account Expertise:
Ability to develop customer relationships with ambition to manage key regional accounts.
* Results-Oriented Mindset:
A driven and results-focused individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Excellent Communication Skills:
The ability to articulate well with customers.
* Strong Organisational Skills:
Excellent planning and organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong Team Player:
Ability to work with sales colleagues and cross functionally.
Essential Requirements:
* Full Irish Driving Licence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Minimum 2 years' experience within the FMCG industry
