We're looking for a Founding Lead AI Engineer based in Dublin to play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and leading the next generation of intelligent systems.
This role blends deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership, reporting directly to our Head of AI. You'll write production code, shape strategy, mentor team members, and help grow a lean, world-class AI engineering team.

5. Design, build, and ship production-grade ML models for high-impact use cases
6. Lead model architecture, data pipeline design, and deployment strategies
7. Collaborate across product, engineering, and data teams to drive AI initiatives
8. Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle - from data prep to deployment and monitoring
9. Review code, guide projects, and mentor engineers through technical challenges
10. Champion experimentation, continuous learning, and AI best practices
11. Interview and evaluate candidates, contributing to technical hiring and team building

Requirements
22. Bachelor's or Master's degree inputer Science, Engineering, or a related field
23. 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with real-world deployment experience
24. Strong Python skills and deep familiarity with ML frameworks (, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
25. Solid understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data pipelines, training, validation, monitoring
26. Experience working on applied AI problems (, rmendation, fraud, risk, NLP, etc.)
27. Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers
28. Excellentmunication and collaboration skills
29. Must be based in Dublin and open to working remotely with regional teams
Nice to Have
30. Experience with MLOps tooling (, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, GCP/AWS)
31. Familiarity with responsible AI practices (fairness, interpretability, modelernance)
32. Startup or scale-up environment experience
33. Exposure to building internal tools, reusable MLponents, or AI platforms
