Brave Church & Brave Christian School - Production Manager
Full Time | 40+ hours/week | Reports to: Production Department Lead/Pastor
Overview
The Production Manager oversees day-to-day production operations across our church campuses, schools, and major events. This role supports the mission and vision of Brave by leading teams, maintaining reliable systems, and ensuring excellent production environments for every gathering.
What You'll Do
* Manage production operations (audio, video, lighting, staging, and events) across church campuses, schools, and special events.
* Lead, train, and support volunteer and staff production teams, fostering a culture of excellence, joy, and ownership.
* Collaborate with Campus Pastors, School Administration, Worship Leaders, and ministry teams to ensure production effectively supports each service or event.
* Coordinate with trusted vendors and experts to maintain, upgrade, and implement production systems and infrastructure.
* Implement and uphold consistent systems, standards, and workflows across multiple locations.
* Manage schedules, contractors, and event coverage, stepping in when needed to ensure smooth and excellent execution.
