We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Communications Lead – Ireland to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team in Dublin. Hybrid working with a requirement to be in the Dublin office three times a week.
You will play a key role in delivering integrated communications that support the successful mobilisation of new contracts in Ireland. Working closely with workstream leads across the business, you will ensure our strategic vision is embedded from day one, enable a seamless service for the customer, and support employees as they transition into Amey.
A unique opportunity to support major infrastructure programmes while helping shape Amey’s strategic growth in Ireland as part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team.
What You’ll Do

Lead the delivery of communications activities and projects supporting the mobilisation of new contracts, aligned to strategic and operational plans
Produce high‑quality written materials, including newsletters, digital content and internal briefings
Create engaging content across all channels, including intranet, direct mail and email
Partner with stakeholders across business units to identify needs and recommend effective communications approaches
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, including agencies, to deliver impactful mobilisation communications
Support the planning, tracking and reporting of communications activity throughout the mobilisation lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

Experience communicating within Irish public‑sector, regulated, or infrastructure environments.
This role supports the mobilisation of our Irish contracts, and a strong understanding of the Ireland stakeholder and media landscape is required.
Demonstrable experience in internal and change communications, or contract mobilisation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
Experience of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different organisations.
