Join the team and work alongside us in an exciting and supportive environment.ABOUT YOU.Successful candidates are enthusiastic professional and self-motivated to provide an excellent level of service with attention to detail and open to experience opportunities in all departments of the store.Our Sales colleagues are brand ambassadors, delivering world class service, wholesome food and amazing coffee to our customers every day.As one of our colleagues, you will be responsible for providing customers with professional enthusiastic, friendly, efficient service and quality products in our market leading award winning service stations.You will bring our vision to life for our customers.Whether you are placed in our Deli, our Retail Store or on our Forecourts you will be passionate about our business, have get-up-and-go and put the customer at the heart of everything you do.Our Retail Sites are busy places so you will need to enjoy working in high performance and target driven environments.We trade early and late, your flexibility is important to us – tell us about your availability during your application.You will be part of a team, and successful candidates use their initiative every day to make sure that safety is our priority while delivering on our values.Experience in food preparation and Customer Service in a Café / Restaurant / Deli operation is essential with the ability to cook from scratch and an interest in current food trends.Key Responsibilities for Deli (but not exhaustive):Prepare and assist with food preparation.Provide a fast friendly, professional and enthusiastic level of customer service.Undertake responsible honourable cash handling.Set up / replenish counters and merchandising the Deli.Ensure the regular and systematic cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and areas of the Deli both front of house and in the kitchen.To monitor and deliver the HACCP programme for the Deli to ensure effective standards in line with hygiene and quality regulations.Work as part of the team to provide the highest standard of food preparation quality, presentation and service.To always adhere to training, specifications, standards, procedures & policies while at work and when representing the organisation.Requirements.
