Our Client are looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team, supporting retail outlets, supermarkets, and independent customers with the servicing, repair, and installation of weighing and food preparation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Repairing, servicing, and installing retail weighing and food preparation equipment
* Carrying out breakdown support, preventative maintenance, and software upgrades
* Installing new equipment on customer sites
* Maintaining accurate service records and completing paperwork/time sheets on time
* Using a company laptop and mobile system in line with company policies
* Managing spare parts stock to maximise first-time fix rates
* Ensuring all tools, stock, and equipment are kept safe, secure, and quality-checked
* Identifying chargeable work and new business opportunities while on site
* Passing potential new business leads to our dealer network
* Delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
* Providing basic customer training in-store where required
* Complying with company and customer Health & Safety policies
* Undertaking training as required to support business needs
Experience:
* Basic electronic hardware, PC/software, and mechanical skills
* A working knowledge of safe electrical working practices
* A positive, customer-focused attitude
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
* Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)
