About the Role
RecruitCare is seeking dedicated and skilled Staff Nurses to join our client's team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment and advance their careers in the healthcare industry.
Main Responsibilities
Provide safe, comprehensive, and person-centered nursing care in line with professional guidelines.
Perform admission assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Continuously assess patient conditions and update care plans as needed.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a high standard of care.
Ensure a safe, dignified environment, advocating for residents when necessary.
Respond effectively to emergency situations and adapt to dynamic workloads.
Document and report incidents accurately in line with policy.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Valid NMBI PIN for ****
Nursing qualification
Experience in a nursing home or similar setting preferred
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards
Fluent English, both written and oral
Eligible to work full-time in Ireland without visa sponsorship
Must currently reside in Ireland
