We are seeking a skilled and dedicated chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing your section of the kitchen, ensuring that high standards of cuisine and hygiene are maintained.
* Taking ownership of your section in the kitchen and being responsible for its smooth running.
* Preparing all ingredients for service to the required standard, minimizing wastage.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry. You should possess excellent communication skills, be familiar with HACCP regulations, and have fluency in English both oral and written.
