This is a
sales-driven role
focused on client experience and results:
Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term members
Consistently hit (and exceed) membership, gift card, and enhancement sales goals
Recommend services, upgrades, and packages based on client needs
Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client flowDeliver a high-energy, professional client experience from check-in to check-out
Handle client concerns confidently and professionally
Stay sharp on promotions, services, and products
