Responsibilities
Senior Consultant-level customer engagements on D365 CRM, Business Applications, and client strategy.
Deliver best-in-class, Microsoft-focused, modern solutions to a wide variety of industries, providing application modernisation and tangible business outcomes.
Provide technical leadership on client engagements and feedback around the evolution of the solution.
Own technical design and delivery for client projects involving the MS Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate), and Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and transformations.
Support D365-focused sales support, including estimating, high-level solution development, delivery strategy, and workshop delivery.
Collaborate with business and strategy teams to unlock sales opportunities.
Provide technical training to customers' technical resources.
Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility.
Provide support to the technical support team.
Experience in
Microsoft Fabric
,
Power BI
, and
Data Analytics
preferred.
Experience in
Microsoft Copilot / AI design & build
preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work in ambiguous situations.
A team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Ability to travel depending on client/project location (based in Galway).
Consultants with a "can-do" and motivated attitude, focused on delivering to client requirements.
Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
3rd level qualification.
