Senior Staff Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to lead our team at a Residential Care Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older persons.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care on shift, guiding nursing and healthcare staff, and ensuring delivery of high-quality person-centred care.
* Act as senior clinical lead during shifts, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
* Support the nursing team with clinical decision-making and escalation where required.
* Lead on medication management, care planning, documentation, assessment.
Maintaining compliance with HIQA Standards and NMBI Code of Professional Conduct while contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the centre is also expected from this role. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills including leadership abilities plus ability to build teams effectively so you can work collaboratively in delivering seamless patient experiences.,
