We offer structured, engaging programmes for children and are expanding our team to meet growing demand across our Dublin centres.__________________________________________________________________________________________Role SummaryThe Duty Manager will be co-responsible for the overall management, administration, and promotion of our Naas facility. This part-time, on-site role focuses on ensuring the safe, smooth, and high-quality running of the gymnastics centre.The Duty Manager will:Oversee the daily operations of the centre, including staff coordination and class schedulesEnsure all programs and activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standardStep in to coach or assist classes when needed to maintain programme quality.Maintain facility cleanliness and readiness, including equipment set-up and pack-downMonitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulationsProvide excellent member service, supporting staff, parents, and gymnastsSupport the promotion of the club to potential members and the local communityKey ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations – Open/close the facility, check equipment, and ensure the venue is clean, safe, and ready for classes.Staff Support – Make sure coaches are on time and supported during classes; step in when needed and report to the Head Coach/Manager.Customer Service – Be the main contact for parents and members, handle queries, and ensure smooth communication about classes and attendance.Health & Safety – Ensure compliance with safeguarding, first aid, and fire safety; respond to incidents and complete reports.Admin & Reporting – Record attendance, incidents, and maintenance issues; support scheduling and handle payments if required.Required Skills & QualitiesExperience in gymnastics, sport, or facility managementStrong leadership and decision-making skillsGood communication with staff, parents, and membersProblem-solving and calm under pressureKnowledge of health & safety and emergency proceduresFlexible availability (evenings/weekends)First Aid, safeguarding training, and Garda Vetting (or willingness to obtain)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €14.00-€16.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In personReference ID: Duty Manager
