The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for commercial management of fit‑out and refurbishment projects, conduct thorough quantity take‑offs and cost planning to ensure accurate project costing, procurement and subcontractor management, preparation and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts, contract administration and risk management.
