Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced account manager to provide comprehensive support to our merchant clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Responding timely and effectively to client inquiries, including setting up online reporting and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions using a sophisticated CRM tool.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and implement process improvements.
* Acting as a key support resource for Relationship Managers, providing insights and feedback to enhance client strategies.
* Engaging in team projects aimed at process improvements and offering innovative ideas to streamline operations.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering excellence in commerce or financial services environments.
* Proven ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvements.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and understand client needs.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in payment processing, merchant services, and related procedures and products is preferred.
Work Schedule: In-Office Requirement: Must be willing to work in the office 5 days per week to foster collaboration and team synergy.
Bank Holiday Cover Required when necessary.
