This position will require the operation, implementation, and improvements of existing and new Citrix on-premise implementations in multiple global datacenters. The individual will lead the global Citrix team that is responsible for support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and participating in various projects to enhance service and productivity. Job Responsibilities -Provide L3+ support to delivery teams on escalated issues. -Generate root-cause analysis related to critical incidents and problems. -Engage with vendor on getting support, updates, and planning as required. -Take ownership of designated technologies covering Citrix environment and platforms. -Review and ensure all internal documentation is kept current and shared centrally with the rest of the team. -Ongoing evaluation of the Citrix environment and plan for future capacity and technology changes needed to the environment. -Partner with key stakeholders at Circana to create Citrix solutions to meet business needs. -Prepare documents that define SLAs, SOW, and other business requirements in accordance with the business needs. -Will be responsible for directly managing a 24x7 support team.
