We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
* Implement and configure Oracle Fusion applications across ERP, EPM, or HCM modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for managed service engagements, ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
* Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to facilitate successful implementation and user adoption.
* Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion applications in either ERP, EPM, or HCM.
* Proven experience in managed service engagements or implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of business processes related to either ERP, EPM, or HCM.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
