THE ROLE:* Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and timely updates of employee data.* Produce HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.* Maintain personnel files in line with GDPR and company standards.* Lead end-to-end employee relations case management, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability cases.* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., leave entitlements, working time, pension obligations).* Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, performance improvement, and development planning.* Partner with line managers across manufacturing, operations, and support functions on day-to-day people-related activities.* Support the in-house recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.* Ensure HR practices are compliant with Irish employment law and company policies.REQUIREMENTS:* 5 years' relevant experience in a HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally within manufacturing or a fast-paced operational environment.* Level 7/8 qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline.* Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
