We're now seeking a
Recruitment & Compliance Administrator
to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and thrives on supporting both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
* Liaise with candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation (references, Garda vetting, training certificates, etc.) is complete and compliant.
* Maintain accurate HR and compliance records, ensuring all staff files are up to date and audit-ready at all times.
* Track mandatory training and certification renewals, following up with staff where required.
* Assist with new carer inductions and help coordinate training sessions.
* Support the Recruitment and Compliance team with reporting, record updates, and general administrative duties.
* Provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or compliance administration (homecare or healthcare experience an advantage).
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Confident using MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.
* Friendly, professional communication style with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.
* A proactive attitude, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
