These solutions the conversions of vehicles from passenger to commercial and well
as bespoke ply lining of commercial vans.
This position's working hours are 8am to *****pm Monday to Friday.
Role Summary
The General Operator is responsible for executing all assigned tasks related to vehicle conversions as directed by management.
This includes completing work activities on time, maintaining a safe and tidy workplace, and strictly adhering to best practice and safety procedures.
A core function of the role involves meticulous record-keeping and system compliance, specifically completing all necessary entries in the Maximizer CRM system and supporting colleagues in its use.
Furthermore, the operator is expected to liaise with clients/customers and actively seek ways to enhance the quality of customer service.

Responsibilities
To carry out tasks set by Supervisor/Operations manager on all vehicle conversions.
Carry out all work activities as instructed by Management.
Complete all necessary record keeping and CRM entries on each work task.
Maintain all work tools in working order and advise management on requirements.
Ensure you have been briefed and understand all relevant task risks.
Use best/safe practice on all tasks carried out.
Ensure safe tidy place of work Ensure the completion of works is on time Implement best practice procedures.
Maximise use of own working time.
Liaise with clients/customers as necessary.
Operating Maximizer CRM system to ensure compliance with procedures.
Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
To support colleagues in use of CRM system.
Qualifications
Experience with hand tools and general DIY.
Must speak English proficiently in a work environment.
Must have VISA requirements for working and residing in Ireland.
