Revenue Manager Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team in Co. Kerry, Ireland. As a key member of our revenue management function, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise room revenue and profitability.
* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to support data-driven decisions.
* Take full responsibility for room inventory across all distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and tour operator allocations.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
* Lead and mentor the reservations team to support revenue targets.
Requirements:
* A professional qualification in revenue management.
* Extensive experience as a Revenue Manager or in a senior revenue management role, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with leading revenue management systems and tools.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with HotSoft, SynXis, D-Edge, Avvio/SHR, and Revinate is highly desirable.
* Ability to interpret data from STR and Lighthouse reporting tools is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
