Maintenance Team Lead
This is a prime opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, high-performing team. You will oversee critical shift operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a skilled team of operators, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline and a minimum 2–3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimising production downtime across shifts
* Maintain accurate maintenance and operational records in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements
* Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to optimise equipment performance and system efficiency
* Manage and coach shift teams to meet key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Identify team development needs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of growth and accountability
* Oversee training compliance to meet ISO standards and evolving operational demands
* Ensure adherence to 6S standards, promoting a safe, efficient, and clean working environment
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence

Shift Pattern
This role follows a continental 12-hour shift (7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM), rotating between:
* Week 1 & 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week 2 & 4: Wednesday, Thursday
